What to expect.

What if not enough people join?

Your readout needs at least twelve people. We write the invitation and the manager note with you, keep enrollment open at no extra cost if fewer than twelve have joined by the end of the first week, and refund you in full if it still doesn't reach twelve.

What does my board see?

Group results only, never a person: how your people are doing across eight parts of life and how AI is landing, including how much say people have in it. Nothing appears for any group smaller than twelve.

What do my employees see?

Their own private picture, which no one at your company can see, and short practices to build from it.

What does this ask of my team?

Choosing a team, sending one link, and joining the readout session. We draft the invitation and manager note with you.
