How it works

The Guide turns a reading into a path.

What it is

After a reading shows where a person or a team stands, the Guide turns that picture into small, concrete steps. It is an AI: it reads the scores, asks a few clarifying questions, and suggests practices, prompts, and resources matched to what the reading surfaced.

Why it exists

A measurement with no path to change is only a number. The Guide exists so the reading does not end at the score. It gives each person something they can act on today, and it gives teams a shared language for where to focus next.

The Guide is the AI. The Coach is the human.

We do not blur those two. The Guide is software: fast, private, available at any hour, and limited to what software can do well. The Coach is a trained human who can listen, adapt, and hold space for what is hard. The Guide may suggest when speaking with a Coach could help. It never pretends to be one. A human coach is not bundled into the Challenge; when an organization or a person wants one, we arrange it.

What it does not do

  • It does not diagnose any condition.
  • It does not prescribe treatment, medication, or therapy.
  • It does not promise that a human colleague will follow up. If a person needs human support, the Guide points them toward the right resource; it does not schedule or guarantee contact.

If someone is in crisis

The Guide is not a crisis service. If a person is in crisis, they should call or text 988, which is free, confidential, and answered by a trained person. If there is danger to life, call 911.

Bring the Guide to your organization

The Guide is included in every Thriving Challenge. Request a seat in the fall cohort and each participant gets their own reading, their own Guide, and a clear next step.
