Every Thriving Challenge is sized to your organization and priced as a single invoice. It covers the baseline reading, the four-week Challenge, the closing reading, and a live session walking through the results, in a form you can take to your board. One comparison makes the price easy to judge: replacing a single mid-level employee typically costs more than the program that helps you see the departure coming. Larger programs and ongoing measurement start with the same conversation.

Before we talk

What we do and do not do with your people's data.

  • Individual responses are never shown to the employer. Not in the dashboard, not in the report, not in the insight session.
  • Aggregate views only render once at least twelve people have completed the reading. Below that number, no scores are shown to anyone but the participants themselves.
  • We do not sell or share individual answers. Ever.
  • The measure itself is an open standard, published at thrivability.ai, so what we're measuring is inspectable by anyone.
